Just got my first 3d printer(ender 3 s1 pro) and see people talking about thermal runaway. How do I know if my printer has that option and is it in the touch display menu somewhere I can check it, enable it, etc?

Totally lost on which items to pick up right now and looking for some help.
I live in NYC/LI and like to ride in the spring/summefall. Typically early in the morning, sometimes later in the afternoon I'll head out around 4/4:30pm.
As of now, I don't ride in the rain or the freezing cold. I'd say the coldest I'll head out is low to mid 50s, probably mid 50s if I'm being honest.
When I run in the mid 50s I typically wear a pretty thin quarter zip or just a long sleeve running shirt on top and shorts. In the 40s I'm typically in shorts and a short sleeve with a quarter zip over that and a hat.
For short sleeve jerseys I'm trying to decide between the Core and the Pro Team. Obviously the PT is better material, my only concern is will it be too thin and the Core is actually more versatile?
For long sleeve jerseys, I'm looking at the Core and Pro Team thermal. The PT is a beautiful jersey, my concern is, is it too thin for mid low to mid 50s? The Core feels more like a quarter zip I would pair up with a t-shirt in mid 40s or lower for running, which might be too warm for mid 50s on the bike?
For Gilets, I'm looking at the Core and the Pro Team Insulated. I feel like it could be useful to pair with whichever long sleeve I choose or even one of the short sleeve jerseys (but I feel like if I'm in a short sleeve jersey it's already going to be in the 70s+?). The PT one I'm not sure the cut on it is that great. The Core seems fine? A little more substantial than the regular brevet but not sure if it really provides any additional warmth/wind protection at all?

So I haven't used my kitchen cabinets in months from an accident where some kind of cleaning wipe are through some kind of varnish like substance (all I know is it's really tacky uncured nasty crap)
I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to completely eradicate it however I can get some of it off little by little.
I have no way to move out at the moment and even tried to pay the office to put me in a new apartment unit so I've been using makeshift boxes as cabinets.
The thing is, most people just call me crazy or whatever but when this substance was first brought to my attention as a problem with the cleaning wipes at its worst, just a little bit getting on my lips from scratching my beard was the most bitter taste in my life and I had to go to the ER for a hole burned in my asophogus because of it and I puked blood for a few days.
People blamed my diet for that when I've never had asophogus problems before that. That's what you call an onset. Anyway not even gojo hand soap for mechanics could get the tacky half cured crap off my hands easily. Only after scrubbing my hands a lot for two whole days usually after getting them covered in the tacky substance was it gone.
This must be like such a small amount causing a tacky feeling on my hands it was insane. I tried to get the substance off my hands with solvents too but it was like a really light spray of spray adhesive was dusted on my hands for 2 days every time I got a lot of it on my hands.
Another problem is before I could figure out what to do: my girlfriend came in and tired to clean it with soap and water and pretty much just smeared the half cured substance all over my kitchen cabinets and we were literally screaming at each other because she's so obsessed with being clean and used to clean my apartment or literally start raging at me: she hasn't been over since.
So I've asked forums and Quora and reddit and they have mostly actually gaslit me and literally called me crazy over this when I literally have medical records proving this substance burnt a hole in my asophogus and I know if it is varnish and I carelessly use cabinets I could end up with bone marrow cancer from benzene.
So something in the back of my head thinking about uv lights caught my attention and I remembered people look at paintings with uv light and that paintings have VARNISH
And people ranging from 130iq upwards have gaslit me, dozens of people over this on the internet and not one single person even suggested being able to find varnish with a 365nm wavelength uv flashlight.
Turns out forensic scientists use this wavelength of light to actually figure out which parts of paintings have been retouched, with varnish.
So this is why you guys are my last hope to use my kitchen and feel like I can actually clean the mess because if I can see the varnish I can eradicate it.
I've been spraying lemon essential oil mixed with Murphy soap oil once every couple weeks and then later wiping down with water over every surface cause I'm blind as to where it is by eye.
I have no idea where to apply elbow grease.
I do know with enough effort small areas could improve dramatically from the messy tacky stuff.
I think if this wavelength of light can pick up whatever substance it is, which it will of its an oil as well I think just shine something else probably dark blue instead of a green haze like varnish but even then I should be able to see any oil based mess that my eyes can't see due to refractive index correct?
What I need your help with is I have a budget of like 40 bucks tp get flashlight and on Amazon I've seen some advertised for 365 but they look like a lot of fakes.
I need something that's the real deal for finding varnish touch ups but using to clean this problem with my 90s cabinets that are literally starting to crumble and degrade at this point so I can find most of the actual mess. Going forward after this ordeal I will never use a random clean wipe on stuff again tbh but also I'm only going to cleM the cabinets with mild soap and water when I'm done.
Also I'm going to get a ton of silicone mats and custom cut them to the size of cabinets and countertops to have an actual clean surface I can hot soak in my tub for hours to clean with more caustic chemicals that WILL remove whatever crap this is
For the cabinet walls I'll need to find a thin film weak adhesive plastic that I can easily cover them in that won't damage any finish. I've seen some years back at my step dads tow shop but never knew what it was called.
Also I need help on 365nm and safety concerns. How badly will it hurt my skin and eyes to look for this stuff for a few days maybe a couple hours a day? Is there glasses to protect my self? Would those glasses still allow me to see whatever fluoresces off of the uv light? I saw a uv bandpass 365nm 49mm light filter I think will fit my e mount lens as well, this would theoretically give me a thermal camera so to speak except whatever fluoresces off the uv instead of heat, and even protect my eyes and possibly get around not seeing what fluoresces from glasses protecting my eyes blocking the wavelength?
Anyway I just need help on finding proper equipment 🙏 and if my idea will even work

“This is so much fun! I didn’t think that something like this was around here before!” Migalla says and her mother laughs.
“Last time we were here you were so small that chasing the family Purriz was the most excitement you’d get in a day Migalla.”
“Mom!” Migalla protests as Echosong giggles.
“Daughter!” She says back in amusement as they climb in through the window of the building that the clue they had frisked from those very fetching men had on them. If she wasn’t a married woman then she’d be looking to cure that with these men. They were clearly both dedicated and fun loving with all the shame of an exhibitionist but the self control you need from a soldier.
A pity her little Migalla is still a little too young to do more than occasionally have a wandering hand or find herself staring. The sort of thing you chide someone for or at worst give them a swat or two to get them to stop. Although... at this rate... between the sheer amount of CHEST shown by ‘Maxie Zeus’ and how tight the suit on ‘Firefly’ was... she might start developing a little early in the interest category.
“So... what IS your name ma’am? Did that... Mighty Zeus say it right when he called you Nyx?” Echosong asks and The Huntress perks up a little before letting out a bit of a laugh.
“Oh! Oh this must have been awkward! Oh no, my name is Migalla as well. It’s tradition in my family that the tenth daughter is always named Migalla. Little Migalla here is my tenth born and I am tenth born to my own mother, who was ninth born.”
“So Migalla and Migalla? How does that...”
“Call me Patience. It’s the family name after all. Huntsmistress Migalla Patience, and my adorable daughte Huntress in training Migalla Patience.”
“And granddaughter of Huntsmistress Migalla Patience right?”
“Actually mother’s a botanist. When all three of us are in a room she’s Doctor Migalla.”
“Really?”
“Yes.” Patience responds with a very amused tone. “Now if you get my great aunt in the room then Huntsmistress Migalla will get more than one answer. Much like Huntress in training Migalla will get my adorable little girl and at least three cousins.”
“Family reunions must be a lot of fun.” Echosong states as she tries to make sense of the strange acoustics of this place. There’s no echo despite the fact their should be. Furthermore there’s utter darkness and no source of light. But the light should be moving past certain areas. Something’s going on. What though? She’s not sure.
“The Migalla table at the gathering is always full of the funniest and most confusing conversations.” Migalla says and Echosong laughs. Migalla then smiles at a memory. “Mom, was it Migalla or Migalla that was telling Migalla that last time she saw Migalla she was in a fight with Migalla and it was such a relief to see her and Migalla had made up?”
“Yes, yes it was. Now back to the game at hand... we’re looking for a Ra’s Al Ghul. Some kind of immortal mad eco-terrorist that wishes to crash economies, destroy cities and leave the nature of the world pristine.” Patience notes.
“Wrong world for that. If we let that happen then Skathac gets set on fire again and again.” Echosong notes. “Also... hang on... I have the booklet here. Right! The resurrection method he uses has been slowly driving him insane.”
“Insane little creature? How very base and untoward to use such childish insults.” A refined voice with a slight accent states clearly.
“Speakers, he could be anywhere between here and Centris.” Patience warns.
“Indeed I can miss... Patience was it? Hmm... I expected the detective. I am torn between concern and relief that the rest of the sleeping masses upon this wretched and ruined world are beginning to awaken. Tell me, will you use your awareness and strength to save the world, or doom it?”
“Skathac isn’t a world that needs saving, it needs saving from.” Migalla states in an incredulous tone.
“Seriously old man! Haven’t you been outside? It’s a roasty nine hundred and eighty degrees outside the thermal shields! And it’s the cooler part of the year!” Echosong exclaims.
“I am certain that the world will cool when...”
“What craziness are you up to this time Ra’s? Are you sure you don’t need a retirement home?” Patience mocks him and there’s a silence.
“I am certain that...”
“They even have diapers your size now! So you don’t even have to figure out where the bathroom is!”
“Migalla that’s too far! Incontinence is nothing to joke about. Unless it’s funny.” Patience chides her before laughing.
“Mercenary, get in there.” Ra’s states coldly. Suddenly the darkness is pulled away revealing the warehouse they’re in to be a full of machinery and the trick they used to disguise this to be sound absorbing curtains that blended perfectly in the darkness.
They’re surrounded. Dozens of men in black outfits and only their eyes exposed glaring down. But most importantly are two. One an older looking man with a pointed hairstyle, grey streaks in his beard and a high collared green cape on. The other a very large and powerfully built man in black and grey armour with a half orange facemask. He looks like he walked right out of the Teen Titans cartoon.
“Decisions, decisions...” Deathstroke states.
“I am not paying you dither. Attack!” Ra’s Al Ghul orders and Deathstroke MOVES. His open palm slams into Patient’s stomach and sends her skidding backwards even as her footclaws dig into the concrete below. She leaves four foot long trenches and staggers back a step to regain her footing.
She deflects his left jab, blocks the right cross and then takes a brutal kick to the side of the knee and is sent sprawling. However she still has more limbs to play and her knife hand slams into the sides of his stomach in a powerful cross chop. She gets an impression of far more organs in there than most life, and she knows she hit at least one of them painfully.
His answer is a snap kick that takes her in the stomach and sends her staggering.
Meanwhile Migalla and Echosong are set upon by the ninja horde with a single wordless command from Ra’s. Echosong responds by letting out a sonic scream infused with Axiom that batters back at least three of them and send them sprawling in midair to crash into the machinery uselessly.
Migalla on the other hand jumps back at them and with Axiom infused hands coutners their swords and, after a bit of fumbling, grabs them by the shirt and tries to land on a pipe. She slips and begins to slide backwards, but she wraps her tail around it and firms her footing so they turn on the pipe instead and simply fall off. Leaving her hanging upside down with a ninja in each pair of arms.
She gives them both a few shacks before bonking them together and then dropping them before shifting and skittering to the top of the pipe instead.
She’s then met by a pair of ninjas to either side. She takes a stance that allows both of them access to her sides and uses Axiom to expand her field of vision. Fighting off two people at once will be tricky. But with her four arms and tail, they’ve got a grand total of one limb on her. Hopefully it won’t make that much difference.
Patience meanwhile is having a blast. Deathstroke... or is he Slade when he’s more Teen Titans style? Anyways, Mister Wilson is all sorts of fun. Sure, she has a few limbs on him. The tail nearly gets him as she sweeps for the legs or stabs with the blade, but he downright slithers out of the way of that, showing that he’s as flexible as he’s physically strong and... and...
“Tell me Mister Wilson... do you offer lessons?” Patience asks.
“Oh?” Slade asks. Nothing grand in his tone as he deflects two attacks and shifts to the side to try and get her with an elbow. Unfortunately there’s a distinct lack of organs in the place he hits her, and he’d have had more impact if he slammed into her thigh instead.
“Oh yes... I’m a married woman, but if I could my husband to MOVE like you do... He’s not much of a fighter your see.”
“A brawl before bed to spice up the marital life?” Slade asks in a scornful tone.
“Something like that. A poet can make a woman melt with words alone, but there’s something to be said if he can scoop her up afterwards to carry her to bed.” Patience says and there’s a scoff from under the mask.
“Okay, that needs to come off.” She insists making a grab for the mask. It’s latched on though and it’s not coming off.
She gets a flurry of body shots as she tries to grab at the helmet and then as she lunges for it again she’s instead grabbed and the flip is turned into a hammer throw that sends her hurtling through the factory. She aborts the flight by twisting in the air and grabbing the underside of a walkway and stopping her flight.
She paces along the underside of the walkway, easily keeping grip as she keeps track of Slade. Who throws down a smoke bomb and she senses movement behind her. Her tail lashes out but something binds it and she decides to go all out.
The metal of the walkway bends and cracks under her sheer strength as she bursts through the underside of it to attack Slade, only to find his solid boot slamming into the top of her head with enough force to break her grip, break the line he tied her with and break the pipe underneath them clean through.
“Oh!... Oh wow! You’re good!”
“Of course I am...” Slade begins even as the walkway he’s standing on creaks and groans. It then snaps under his feet and he falls. He falls in perfect control as he angles himself to avoid the edges of the pipe and he lands in a crouch right in front of Patience. “Deathstroke The Terminator.”
“I think this is a bit much for most contestants.”
“You’re a bit much for mere level four. We have you on record fighting Lava Serpents without protective gear and with only the most basic weapons. You can handle it big girl.” Deathstroke The Terminator states. “Now then. Shall we?”
Her response is a lightning fast charge that phases right through him. She skids to a stop and turns. Red runes are glowing over his armour with a jagged mark over his forehead.
“Really?” Patience asks.
“Really.” Deathstroke says before gesturing and half the equipment in the factory hurls itself at her. The Huntsmistress laughs in glee at the challenge.
While mother was having her fun, Migalla was having some of her own. She had managed to swipe a quartet of swords from the ninja and wasn’t so much as using them as flailing them around in their vague directions as she swung from her tail. On the walkway above a Ninja finally gets up there and dislodges her tail, causing her to start to fall, but Echosong swoops in, grabs her and helps her stick the landing even as she sweeps with her Axiom infused voice.
Between the blades, the fury and the scream the ninja fall back and one of them is dramatically killed by Ra’s Al Ghul.
“Incompetent fool.” The older man says in a dark tone as he bares the ‘bloody’ (sauce covered) falchion. “All of you. Out. I will deal with this myself.”
The ninjas scatter and Ra’s Al Ghul throws away his cloak to reveal that he has an armoured vest, pants and boots underneath. “A pity that one can only depend on a mercenary. I will need to increase my training of them.”
In the background Deathstroke’s and Patience’s fight has escalated into a two person war. Literal magic is being used on both sides as Slade reveals enormous teleportion, pyrokinesis and just kinesis in general as Patience shows that she can easily match the teleportation. Knows her way around throwing lightning and can cause the ground to quake with every move she makes.
“Now then. Let us begin.” Ra’s states before suddenly charging them both. Migalla’s swords are outright shattered against his falchion in a single swipe and the round kick to the side sends her sprawling as Echosong opens up with a sonic scream.
He DODGES the scream and lands some feet away, skidding from the sheer speed of the movement.
“All this effort and you still haven’t fully uncovered the plan. I expected more of someone taking up The Detective’s mantle. Perhaps his faith in you is misplaced?”

I'm experiencing an issue with the print bed on my Ender 3 Max and I'm unsure where to begin troubleshooting. In short, I've been printing for a few years using several different printers. The printer in question is my Ender 3 Max, which has an EZABL and Bondtech direct drive setup with a stock glass bed. This morning, when I checked my print, I noticed an error message indicating a thermal runaway on the bed. It was disappointing to lose the print, but I decided to perform a PID test. It has to be a checkbox though, as above that field, the links will be just for downloading subtitles. If no subtitles are provided with the video, then it will be written underneath the video that no subtitles are available. Generally, some channels are better than others with providing subtitles.

After spending time away in a new environment, comforting compliments from caring individuals feeling safe and secure along with relaxation was much needed. I can't compare to the magnitude just having a person give me a genuine compliment whether I deserved it, or not. This only improves communication, motivates a person to inspire another, and boost self-confidence. I cannot reiterate this enough. Validation, Confirmation, and "support" can make or break a person.
I have researched all these different practices on self-medicating, or self-healing, and though is possible. For a majority this doesn't even surpass stage one having actual tangible proof of any insignificance in their life. Sometimes it takes decades, lifetimes, or even worst people have searched a lifetime to find their "purpose in life." It's a shame.
We're put here for whatever reason with no instructions, or training wheels. Then again, we're supposed to have an innate sense of right from wrong. We're all born from different eras with different backgrounds and having different influences along the way. Of course, we would love to help our fellow man out, but when does helping turn into taking advantage? The doubt people have towards one another is saddening really. They base their theories on their interpretation of how they would have the situation, and that's completely biased. The person is bound in one way or the other to being the victim of judgement, misunderstanding, or worst, guilty of something they had no clue about. They were completely obliviated from the truth that everyone else could see so clearly, which only made matters worse.
Perhaps, a few human decency and communication without the fear of being ridiculed or degraded would have been a much more profound approach. It's what I call mindfulness. You should always be considerate of others. They have reasons that you as a stranger cannot fully comprehend their hurts, their sufferings, or their decisions. You might see them as a horrible slut who sleeps around with everyone when actually they can't get a date to save their life. They reach out to people who they find endearing for guidance, but to be scorned even worse than before. Leaving them isolated not know who to trust, or believe, because it could be another tactic to have them the butt on the joke. Yes, it would be ideal to laugh and find humor in silly mistakes, but when you have no knowledge in the joke, nor anyone beside you protecting you from the harm they cause is certainly not a fair rival. I'm not even insisting anyone to go out, and hold your hand, but one person competing against an army is not an equal dual. I mean I'm sure the person would love to know what the conflict is even pertaining to, or who is involved, options, resources, and pretty much any other algorithm you can conceive of.
All an algorithm is the same as having a formula in finding a solution to a problem. It's basic problem-solving strategies. Why else do you think they implement mathematics in college? You have a problem. You have a solution. You have a set of numbers, letters, etc in between in efforts of creating an answer. That is basically in everyday living. Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, are only a few that are required in grade school. Only then do they feel the need to branch out which is all find and grand. It's always good to know a little about everything. Just like getting the general idea of a subject. Some grasp the lineage in the exercise while others could care less until they least expect it to happen. For example: remodeling on houses, basic car maintenance on a vehicle, or sympathy for your fellow person. These are the tricks and trades no one ever thinks to address, because they find them so naturally imbedded like they always knew how to do this, because they were brought up to believe everyone learns this talent before puberty. Then you have those that understand the idea of what is going on. They are not disabled, or an idiot. Thy were just never taught, or had the opportunity to be blessed with the knowledge the other has. It's no one's fault, nor should be held against them.
I really have grown tired, and exhausted of proving myself to others why I know their joke has no significance with my dilemma. It's actually the contrary. Let's call this obsession for who knows. It's a word. Anyways, everyone has an obsession with something, or someone in one way or another in their life. This doesn't make them a bad person. Just like an addict. A drug addict gets so much grief and hatred when if you take out the drug addiction or obsession being accused of what do you have? Absolutely the same exact mundane issue as the next person.
People all the time have accused me of being obsessed with my ex boyfriend, but in reality if you view the timestamps, and the information being researched it was basically me trying to find a way to cope with the loss of an important person in my life. This research would consist of how to be a better person, so this won't happen again, or what to look out for when men treat you poorly, take advantage, hurt, belittle, steal, all that mean and unnecessary nonsense. This is not me obsessing over how I'm going to win his heart back, and we can live happily every after. Spoiler alert! There is no happily ever after nor is there ever going to be one EVER. This is life. Miracles don't happen in real life. Those are pipe dreams. Those are the many time that people get their head stuck in the clouds with. Ther is no perfect person for anyone every. There are people who can learn to live together and have an amount of respect for each other. Even so, those standards are set in stone.
Look at me. I mean I was in a 15 year marriage to be divorced over some lie, or a means to survive. I just wish he could have been open and honest from the beginning. That would have saved a lot of time, energy, money, blah blah.. In the end, he settled for someone that gave him more than what I could offer. Did he communicate those attributes he was yearning for? Of course, not. Not a single peep. If he did, it was unnoticed by he didn't try hard enough, or he simply took the easy route of lying. Happens to the best of us. My advice is just be honest with your feelings. Communicate while you can. I know I communicate too much, which is bad too. Moderation/Balance is where it's at. Just find the right terms and words to get through your loved one. To be fair, you did form a relationship of sorts from the beginning, correct? Therefore, the potential is there. People forget how to vibrate on the same frequency as others, and that's a shame. Yes, I find that task very easy. While others could find it difficult. And yes, I am giving advice for nostalgia, but if you revert to a time when together you could get along and not have a worry in the worry. Everything carefree and natural. Then you can begin to set the tone for a much-needed conversation the correct way, in the correct tone, with the correct message coming across.
I know it's possible. People do this all the time. They just don't go into detail and obsess over it with nostalgia and paragraph long synopsis of saying "I love you." "I honestly and truly love you, and I miss you more than you'll ever know." Is this so difficult? Why is this so hard to explain? And why have I never heard of anyone in real life reconciling to a simple I'm sorry, I love you. I love you enough to not let that stand in our way of success. I love you enough to let bygone be bygones, and choose to be together, because we want each other in our live, and can be mature enough not to engage in further turmoil that it has already caused. Most importantly, do not react to those triggers either.
Don't bring it up in arguments, because that just makes it worst. Causing a scene to get a reaction out of someone is childish, and serves no purpose other than the other persons enjoyment at the cost of their loved one. Who is the biggest winner in that scenario? Just a huge shame. I stopped searching for my happily ever after a while ago. He doesn't exist. If he did then he would be sitting here right next to me where I can acknowledge him as my love interest, or person, or love of my life, or soul mate, twin flame, however you want to label is just a term people use to make the person they're romantically involved in sound better. I did like when my ex-boyfriend would introduce me as "This is my _____." He would use my name. Yeah, most people would get offended. Not I. He saw me as an equal, a person, a significant part in my life, and I thank him. I give thanks to him every day when I cry, wheep, or complain. Because I know not many people get to experience that kind of union. Not many find their one and only, and actually like them.
Well, mistakes were made, words were said, conversations never brought up when they needed to, and nothing was reconciled. All that was left was hurt and loneliness on my part. I can't speak for him, but he has chosen to be with someone else. No matter the hurt I feel with his new relationship with my close friend I can't speak for him. Who knows what's going on inside his head? I can barely keep up with my own thoughts let alone an ex boyfriend who is not wanting me back in any way shape or form. He has stated this. This is known. I must respect his wishes, and hope for the best. He did tell me he is happy. I halfway believe that from personal reasons due to I know his mannerisms. I've been around him long enough to have that feeling. Call me weird, or crazy. I can tell when someone is not being completely honest with me, and I definitely can read a persons feelings. If they're hurt, in pain, worrisome, annoyed, angered, you name it. I can't read minds. That's silly. I can however, read, feelings to paraphrasing in my own way. You don't have to believe in any of this or read any of this.
This is just my long-drawn-out version of how people in general sought after in the romance department, and what actually happens from my point of view. Strickly from my lessons in life. Though harsh, and cruel they were necessary. Otherwise, a hardheaded stubborn as my momma would put it sometimes it takes more for us to grasp the concept. We're not stupid or retarded. We're set in our ways, and skeptic (not in a way of not believing anything and living in the past), but skeptic as in questioning why is the question being asked in the first place, realist perhaps, dreamer, hopeless romantic, scenic, however you feel fit to label me. It makes no difference in the end.
To conclude, by the end of my day I wish to be cuddled up in a nice cozy place with my man that I love so much. Whether be around other people, family, friends, whoever, wherever, as long as I have him by my side giving me the safety and protection which calms me down to sweet kisses, hugs, and tenderness is the best way to go.

So, I'm Canadian. I've had my phone for a year and a half, first full year in Canada, last 6 months here in Portugal.
I've had really bad experience lately with the phone getting super hot in the midday sun, and also the near complete unreadability of the screen even on high contrast and highest brightness.
The last few days even at air temp of 24-25 C the phone will not continue being useful, says it's too hot and needs to limit functionality.
I've been in contact with Google through chat, very uneventful, they said someone from support will reach out via email.

Sorry this is crazy long, it's just ridiculous their fixes are completely stating to not use the phone as it's intended, and it's not even summer here. 25 C is NOT THAT HOT!
After a complaint retort email to that one, I was greeted by another CS person who has now offered to do a return and exchange on my phone. I'm really not sure that it will be worth while, but I guess at the least any thermal paste on ram or processor will be fresh.
FWIW ... my phone is in pristine condition, no cracks or scratches even, and I've only rarely had it slightly wet, with one actual submersion test about a year ago.
Just wondering what the community thinks of this scenario, have you had these issues? Do you think their Support is valid in response?
